Purpose<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms govern participation in the <\/span><b>World Film Festival in Cannes \u2013 Remember the Future Affiliate Program<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (\u201cthe Program\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Program allows affiliates to promote the Festival\u2019s products, events, or sponsorship packages in exchange for commissions on eligible sales made through their personal referral link.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Eligibility<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Program is open to individuals of legal age and legal entities with a valid payout method.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Affiliate Account<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once approved, the affiliate receives a link to set a password and access the <\/span><b>Affiliate Dashboard<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where they can view their statistics, commissions, and personal link.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity on their account.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Commissions<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commission rates are determined according to the <\/span><b>type of partnership or product promoted<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These rates may vary depending on the sponsorship package category (Discovery, Supporter, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum \/ Elite) or ongoing campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The applicable rates are communicated directly to affiliates in their dashboard or by e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commissions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The tracking cookie remains valid for a duration to be confirmed (currently set to <\/span><b>30 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pending technical validation).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>5. Payouts<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payouts are issued once the minimum threshold of <\/span><b>\u20ac50<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in validated commissions is reached.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments are made via <\/span><b>bank transfer or PayPal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, according to the details provided by the affiliate.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any transaction fees are borne by the affiliate.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>6. Prohibited Practices<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strictly prohibited:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 deceptive or misleading promotion,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 spamming or unsolicited messages,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 bidding on brand names (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">World Film Festival in Cannes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remember the Future<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">),<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 website impersonation,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 use of unauthorized coupon codes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violation of these rules may result in <\/span><b>immediate termination<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and forfeiture of pending commissions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>7. Brand Usage<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Affiliates may use approved logos and visual assets solely to promote the Festival, without alteration and in accordance with its brand guidelines.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>8. Termination<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival may suspend or terminate any account <\/span><b>at any time<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for inactivity, abuse, or non-compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Affiliates may leave the Program at any time by written request.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>9. Liability<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival makes no guarantee of traffic or income.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential, or profit losses arising from participation in the Program.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>10.
